No more worry about what humidifier to use, we have you covered! In this kit you will receive 1 Menthol tube with 10 tablets and humidifier. 

Fill the humidifier up with warm water add 1 to 2 tablets to the water let completely dissolve. Run humidifier. When finished if there is product still in humidifier refill with warm water let dissolve and run again.
